before Our Justices at dividing Creek in the Same County were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion
of the non performance of a Certain promise and assumption made and not performed &a and that by good and
lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto the person or person^s^
in whose hands you make the same attachment that he she or they be and
appear before our Justices of our County Court to be held as af.d to shew cause if
any he she or they have why the same goods Chattles right or Creditts so attached
in his or there hands ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had
and made according to act of assembly in such case made and provided) if
to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this writt
that you make known unto our said Justices at) the day and place af.d and
have you then and there this writt wittness Robert King Gent Chiefe Justices
of our said Court the twenty seaventh day of November in the twenty firs^t^
year of our Domminion &.a Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and
thirty five
                      Att which said third Tuesday of of march to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same
month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the Same Writt
Came the said John Reddish in his proper person and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing
Writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt I Certifie that ^I have^
by Vertue of the within Writt attached of the goods and Chattells of the Within John Wilcox to the Value
of the sums within Mentioned and then have delivered to the within Named John Reddish in Satisfaction
thereof so answers            Jos: MccClester sher

             Whereupon the said John Reddish by Francis Allen his attorney Came here into Court and prays
that the afd Goods and Chattells so as afd attached of the Value of the Sum's afd may be Condemned as the
goods and Chattells of the afd John Wilcox towards Satisfying unto the said John Reddish his damages and
Costs afd &a
                                  Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Goods and Chattells
so as afd attached of the Value of the Sums afd by Condemned as the goods and Chattells of the afd John
Wilcox towards Satisfying unto the Said John Reddish of his damages afd and Costs afd as also all Costs
accrewing by means of the writt of attachment afd and that thereof he have his Execution according to act
of assembly &a

Stephen Horsey late of Somerset County Gent administrator of all and Singular

dec.d at the time of his death who died Intestate as it is said otherwise
Lately Called Burr Outerbridge of Somerset County mariner if he Should be found in his bailywick
