GD  Samuel Bredall Hall
 Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take
Samuel Hall Late of Somerset County planter al.s dict Samuel Hall of Somerset
County in the province of Maryland planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next to answer unto Isaiah Bredall
of a plea that he render unto him ninteen pounds and teen pence Curr.t money of maryland which to him he
Owes and Unjustly detaines &a and that thereof he Should not fail &a

       And the said Isaiah Bredall by Francis Allen his attorney declared against the said Samuel Hall in
the plea afd as followeth viz.t

       Somerset County ss.t  Samuel Hall Late of Somerset County planter al.s dict Samuel Hall of Somrset
County in the province of Maryland planter was Somoned to answer unto Isaiah Bredall of a plea that
that he render unto him ninteen pounds and tenn pence Curr.t money of Maryland which to him he owes
and unjustly detaines &a

    And whereupon the said Isaiah by Francis Allen his attorney saith that
whereas the said Samuell the seventeenth day of febry seventeen hundred ^and^
thirty four five at Somerset County af.d within the Jurr of this Court by
his certain wrighting obligatory which the said Isaiah with the seal
of the said Samuell signed hereinto Court brings the date whereof is
the same day & year did acknowledge himself to be Bound unto the said
Isaiah in the af.d Nineteen pounds and ten pence money af.d to be paid
unto the said Isaiah when he should be thereunto required yett the said
Samuell tho' often required the said Nineteen pound and ten pence to
the said Isaiah hath not rendred but the same to him hitherto Render hath
deny'd and still doth deny and unjustly Detain to the damage of the said
Isaaiah of fifteen pounds money af.d  And thereupon he brings sute &a

A Copy of the foregoeing declaration was mad^e^ and Sent to be Served on the defend.t with the writt afd

          Att which said third Tuesday of March to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month ann.o Dom One
thousand Seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the Return of the said Writt Cometh the said
Isaiah Bredall by his attorney aforesaid and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was
directed Likewise Cometh & maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words vizt  Cepi Corpus
declaration delivered in time p  Joseph McClester sher

       Whereupon the said Samuel Hall in his own proper person Came hereinto Court and thereupon
       the said Samuel Hall at the prayer of the afd Isaiah Bredall is adjudged by the Court here to give
