that the Severall Goods and Chattells afd attached of the Value of forty four pounds Nine shillings Curr.t
money of Maryland upon giveing Security according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided may
be Condemned in his hands as of the goods and Chattells of the afd Martin Fenton towards Satisfying unto
the said John Williams of his damages and all Costs and Charges recovered against him by way of attachmt &a

          Thereupon a certain Thomas Williams of Somerset County Gent present here in Court in his proper
person and undertakes for the said John Williams according to act of assembly that in Case the said Martin
Fenton do at any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said John
Williams his Claim against him appear to be Satisfied or otherwise to have been undue before the
Laying of the attachment afd that then he the Said John Williams Shall make restitution unto the said
Martin Fenton of all or Such part thereof as shall be made appear to be undue &a or that he
the said Thomas Williams will do it for him &a

                   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the Severall goods and Chattells so as
aforesaid attached of the Value of Forty four pounds Nine Shillings Curr.t money of maryland be
Condemned in the hands of the said John Williams as of the goods and Chattells of the afd Martin
Fenton towards Satisfying unto the said John Williams his damages afd and all Costs and Charges
recovered against him by way of attachment and that the said John Williams have thereof Execution &a

Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he
should take Henry Reynolds Late of Somerset County Bricklayer if he
                            should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have
his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek
in the same County the third Tuesday of March then next to answer unto George Sparkman of
a plea wherefore with force ^and armes^ at Somerset County afd an assault in and upon the said Geo: Sparkman
an assault he did make and him did beat wound maim and otherwise evilly entreat so that of his Life it
was greatly despaired and other harmes to the said Geo: Sparkman then and there did to the Grievous
damages of the said George and against the peace and his Lordships good rule & Government &a and that thereof
he should not fail &a
                                      Att which said third Tuesday of march to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same Month
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh
the said George Sparkman by George Douglas his attorney and the sheriff of Somerset County to whom the
Foregoing Writt was directed Likewise Cometh & maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words
Following viz.t Cepi Corpus P Joseph MccClester sher

                         Afterwards to witt the Same day and Year Last mentioned Cometh the said Henry
Reynolds by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and defended the force and Injury when &a and the afd
