146 why the same goods Chattells Rights or Creditts so attached in her or their hands ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made (according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided) if to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this writt that you make known unto our said Justices at the day and place af.d and have you then and there this writt wittness Robert King Gen.t Chief Justice of our said Court the twenty seventh day of November Ann Dom one tho^u^sand seven hu^n^dred and thirty five Att which said third Tuesday of March to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the Return of the Same Writt Cometh the said John Williams by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following vizt By Vertue of the within Writt to me directed I have attached on the Twenty Eighth Day of february ann Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty Five to the Value of forty four pounds nine Shillings and Two pence of the goods and Chattells of the within Named Martin Fenton in the hands of the within named John Williams as by a schedule thereof here annexed & into court brought may appear and have by Joshua Merrill and John Doe good & Lawfull men of my Bailywick made known unto the Same John Williams in whose hands the said Goods are attached as afd that he be and appear &a to shew Cause &a as by the within Writt I am Commanded Joseph MccClester sher A Schedule of the goods and Chattells of Martin Fenton
