143 Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors If it happen that the Said Joseph Bishop do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing creek in and for the Same County afd the third Tuesday of June next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning such matters and things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not Stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and al other his good people and More Especially towards the said William Selby &a Isaac Brittingham Recognizance in five pounds Sterling to pay fees & or the above Indictment &a The Reverend Thomas Flecher appears according to their Recognizance and are discharged therefrom &a
against the said Abraham Mannering &a Whereupon the said Abraham Mannering is Ordered to give Recognizance with One Security in tenn pounds sterling Each for his appearance & good behaviour at June Court next to answer &a Thereupon the said Abraham Mannering with Edward Rownd his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of tenn pounds sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordhsip the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Abraham Mannering do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek in and for the Same County the third tuesday of June next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning such matters and things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his said Lordships Behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the meane time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all others his good people and more Especially towards the said Thomas Fletcher &a |
