an hour and afterwards in the Same Court Came the said sheriff and made return that he had done the Execution of the
Judgmt afd as to the Corporall punishment afd he was Commanded &a         whereupon it is Considered & ordered by
the Court here that the afd Jeremiah Lilley be Sold for any time not Exceed Seven Years to the bigest bidder towards
Satisfying of the four fold afd and the Severall officers fees due by occasion of the premisses afd and as to the Sale of the
Said Jeremiah Lilley Command is given to the Sher of Somerset County that he do the Same Immediately &a


John Read June appears according to his Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship
against Jeremiah Lilley &a                           and is discharged therefrom

Obadiah Reed appears according to his Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence on behalf of his Lordship
against Jeremiah Lilley &a                     and is discharged therefrom

Samuel Fluellin appears according to his Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against

Be it remembred that on the twenty ninth day of December 1735 and in
the twentieth Year of the dominion of the Right honrble the Lord Proprietor
was brought before me One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Somerset
County Daniel Coe Saddler of the County afd with Avery Morgan and Thomas
Predix his Securitys and did then and there acknowledge themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted
unto the Right honourable the Lord proprietory in the Sum of twenty pounds sterling Each to be
Levied upon there Lands tenements goods and Chattells in Case Failer be made of the under written
Recognizance

                      The Condition of above Recognizance is such that Whereas the above Bounden
Daniel Coe is Charged by Elizabeth Ballard single woman that he had Carnall Knowledge of her at
a Certain time as she hath made Oath and the afd Elizabeth is now with Child by him the said Daniel
Coe which when Born will be a Bastard if therefore the said Daniel Coe shall personally appear before
his Lordships Justices of the peace at a Court to be held at dividing Creek for the County abovesd
upon the third Tuesday of march next and then and there to receive and abide what shall be
Enjoyned by the Said Court Concerning the premisses and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour
that then the above Recognizance to be void      taken and acknowledged before me the day and
year above written                                                       Cha: Rackliffe

       Att which said Court now here held at dividing Creek in and for the County of Somerset the third
Tuesday of March to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month ann.o Dom one thousand Seven
hundred and thirty five the abovesaid Daniel Coe altho' Solemnly Called to ^Come forth to^ Save himselfe and his
securitys from the above Recognizance of Bail Came not but made default  &a

       Likewise the abovesaid Avery Morgan and Thomas Predix securitys of the abovesaid Daniel
