said Nathaniel Brittingham in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each of their Severall bodys goods or
Chattells lands or tenements to be Made and Levied to the Use of the said Nathaniel Brittingham his heirs
and Assigns If it happen that the said James Martin do not Comply with the Law in relation to
such Guardianships as afd ad do not deliver up unto the said Nathaniel Brittingham all his
estate reall and personall (that he shall take in his hands and possession) peaceably and quietly when
ever the same should be Legally required &a

    Whereas the said Rachell being Somened to give Security for the Ballance of the Estate of Henry
Alexander dec.d since which John Newbold of Somerset County hath Intermaried with the
aforesaid Rachell relict of the afd Henry and forasmuch as the said John Newbold has
made it appear to the Satisfaction of the Court here that he had over paid the Estate of the
said Henry as doth appear from under the registers hands in the Commissarys Office thereupon
the said Rachell is discharged from the Subpena afd on the account of the Estate of the afd
Henry Alexander &a

            To the worshipfull Court of Somerset County the petition of William Selby
whereas your petitioners road to Church and markett is stoped by John Bishop so
that your petitioner has not any sufficient Road to snow Hill either to ride or Cart and your petitioner
humbly prays your worships would be pleased to take it into Consideration and order
that your petitioner have a good Sufficient road Inspected and marked down to snow Hill and
your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

             The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation
thereupon had  wherefore it is ordered by the Court here that Mess.rs William Lane and Edward
Rownd Lay out a road for the said Selby and others that hath occasion of the Same to be Laid out
from the said Selbys to Snow Hill to be made unto the streightest and best way and of the Least of
prejudice to any person or persons whatsoever &a
