because as well &.a and afterwards Immediatly Came thereof the Jury ^&a^ and the Jurors of that same
Jury by Joseph MccClester Gent sheriff of the County aforesaid to this Impannelled being Called Came
to witt Thomas Dixon William Holland George Tull John Atkinson John Johnson Nehemiah Holland
Thomas Pointer Peter Taylor John Webb John Lay John Reddish and Thomas Lambden
who to Say the truth of and upon the premisses aforesaid being duely Elected tryed and Sworn upon
their oath do say that the said Timothy Haley is not Guilty of the felony whereof he stands
Indicted in manner and form as above by the Indictment above against him is Supposed &a

Whereupon all and Singular ^the premises^ by the Court here seen heard and fully understood  It is Considered
by the Court here that the afd Timothy Haley by Quiet and go thereof without Day &a

    Whereupon the said Timothy Haley is ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall
Officers Fees due by Occasion of the Felony on the Indictment afd but for want thereof the said
Timothy Haley is Committed into the Custody of the Sher of Somerset County thereto remaine &a  the said
Sher to witt Joseph MccClester Gent by Francis Porter his deputy present here in Court took Charge
of the said Timothy Haley accordingly &a

Somerset County ss.t  The Jurors for the Right honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the body of Somerset County afd upon their Oath do
present that Jeremiah Lilley late of Coventry parish in the County afd Cordwainer
    the first day of January in the Year of Our Lord God Seventeen hundred thirty five
    with force and arms at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid within the Jurisdiction of this
    Court One pair of Spurs of the Value of fifteen pounds of tobacco of the goods and Chattells
    of Littleton Townsend then and there being found then and there feloniously did Steal take
    and Bear away Contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule
    and Government and against the form of the act of assembly in such Case Lately
    made and provided &a
Test   Joseph Macclester Francis Porter Joshua Merrill Littleton Townsend

    On the Backside of the foregoing bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed Billa Vera Edmond
Hough foreman
                                  thereupon Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should
    take the said Jeremiah Lilley if &.a to answer &.a  and afterwards to witt the Sixteenth day of
march anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty five before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek in and for the Same County Came the said
