Whereupon the said John Deal and Thomas Blizard both present here in Court in their proper
persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary
in the Sum of thirty pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be
made and Levied   If it happen that the said John Deal and Thomas Blizard do not make their
and each of their personall appearances before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of June next and do
not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning such Matters and things as shall be then and there
objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the
Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if they be
not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all other his good people then &a

    Recognizance
    Thomas Adams appears according to his recognizance to give Evidence on

behalfe of his Lordship against John Deall and Thomas Blizard and is discharged
       therefrom and is Ordered to give New recognizance for in Twenty pounds Sterging for his
appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County ^Court^ of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek
the third Tuesday of June next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Jno Deal &
Thomas Blizard &a

                Thereupon the said Thomas Adams present herein Court in his proper person and
acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of Twenty

John Jenckins appears according to his recognizance for to give Evidence on behalfe
of his Lordship against John Deal & Thos Blizard and is discharged therefrom
and is ordered to give New Security for his appearance before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of
June next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the said John Deal & Thos Blizard &a
