133 may be appointed to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds of the said Land according to an act of assembly in such Case made and provided and as in duty bound shall pray Henry Ballard The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Henry Ballard as by the petition afd is praid and that John Finch Thomas Brown John Gray and David Polk all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
therefore pray that your worships will pleas to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in order to perpetuate of the boundaries of the Same and your petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray the petition abovesaid being read and heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commissioner Issue to the afd William Robinson as by the petition afd is praid and that James Martin Edward Rownd John Scarbrough and Edmond Hough of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
all the Estate of the said Samuel Richardson both Reall and personall and Likewise it is further Ordered that a Certain Thomas Wise who hath the Estate of the Said Samuel Richardson in his hands deliver up the Same unto the afd John Richardson both Reall and personall &a Whereupon the said John Richardson is ordered to give Good Security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd Thereupon the said John Richardson with John Scarborough and Robert Downs of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Samuel Richardson in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall ^bodys^ Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of the Said Samuel Richardson his heirs and assignes to be made and Levied if it happen that the said John Richardson doe not Comply with the Law in relation to Such Guardian ships ^as^ afd and do not deliver up unto the Said Samuel Richardson all his Estate both reall and personall (that he shall take into his hands and possession) peaceably and quietly when Ever the Same shall be Legally requred &a |
