of a tract of Land Called the Entrance upon a resurvey of the Ancient tract Called Glaneck (upon
which the Said Resurvey was made) Scituate upon pocomoke river near the mouth thereof
in the County aforesaid the bounds of which said Land is some what uncertain and precarious

therefore your petitioner humbly prays that a Commissioners may be appointed to Examine
Evidences in Perpetuam rei Memoriam in relation to the bounds of Said Land according
to the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made provided and Your petitioner as in duty
bound shall ever pray                                                               James Nearn


    The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully under stood and mature deliberation
thereupon had  wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to
the aforesaid James Nearn as by the petition afd is praid and that William Lane David
Wilson John Henry and Samuel Wilson all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a

          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court Sitting  The petition
of William More most humbly Sheweth that whereas your petitioner is possessed
with One hundred acres of Land part of a tract of Land Called Chelsey lying on Quantico
Creek in Somerset County the bounds were of are ancient and decaying so that your petitioner
humbly prays your worships to appoint COmmissioners to examine Evidences to prove or
perpetuate the memory of any the bounds of Said Land according to the directions of the act
of assembly in that Case made and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

some what uncertain and precarious   therefore your petitioner humbly prays that Commissioners
