the petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd John Roberts have Liberty to turn the
Road on the South Side of his plantation as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that the said new
road be first made good and passable according to the direction of William Stoughton and Henry Ballard
Gent before the old road be Stopt or Shutt up &a

          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the
Petition of Solomon Riggin most humbly Sheweth that your petitioner is possest
with part of a tract of Land Called the Golden Lyon lying in Marumsco whose bounder is some
what precarious   therefore your petitioner prays your worships will be pleased to appoint
Commissioners in Order to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds of the Same Land and he as
in duty bound shall ever prays &a                                                                     Solomon Riggin

             The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation
thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the
aforesaid Solomon Riggin as by the petition afd is praid and that Robert Jenckins Henry
Francis Allen John Henry and John Sheldon of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and
Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

Robert Hall humbly Sheweth that whereas they are possessed with a tract of
             Land Called the head of Saint Laurence neck the bounder whereof are grown precarious
prays that your worships would appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences according to act
of assembly in that Case made and provided and as in duty bound shall ever pray   Wm Hall
