Mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Court
here that a Commission Issue to the afd John Purnall as by the petition aforesaid
is praid and that Edward Rownd James Rownd Richard Holland and Isaac Marshall
of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commissioners
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a

Somerset County  To the Worshipfull Court now
sitting  The Humble petition of us the Subscribers
sheweth that whereas your petitioner haveing taken
up a certaine peace or parcell of Land lying and
being in the County aforesaid on the seaboard side in Sinepuxen
Neck on the Westermost side of the said neck whose bounds dependeth
on the first bounder of a certain tract of Land Called
Genezer which boundary at present is Uncertaine theirfore it
is Humbly praid that youre Worships would nominate or appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences relateing thereunto as I your
most Humble petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

          The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Charles Rackliffe and John Purnall
as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that James Martin, Thomas Wallis, Peter Collier
and William Simpson all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the SAme Commission
according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

          The petition of John Roberts of Somersett County
           humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner is
possessed of Lands and tenements in Manny hundred on dame
quarter and that a road is Cleared along the South side or your
petitioners plantation a small distance from the former road; being
by Consent of the Neighbourhood there living your petitioner humbly
prays your Worships Order to me to make the said road on the South
Side of the plantation as good as the former road and to be allowed
to be kept a road hereafter and your petitioner as in duty bound shall
