Evidences in relation to the bounds of the said Lands or any other Land on which the bound said Lands
may depend and Your petitioner as in duty bound for you ever prays

                The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully and mature deliberation thereupon
had   Wherefore it is Considered by the court here that a Commission Issue to the afd Joseph Cottman
as by the petition afd is praid and that George Dashiell Thomas Gillis James Jones and John Covington
of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same COmmission according to act of assembly
in Such Case made and provided &a

 Somerset ss     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Setting
the humble petition of John Waters Sheweth whereas Your petitioner having a
             Title to a part of a peice of Land Called Conveniency that was taken up in Joynt Tennancy
by and Between Richard Waters John Waters and Charles Hall Late of this County dec.d and your
petitioners title Intirely depending upon the division of the said Land between the abovesaid
Takers up your petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships to order a Commission
to some Gent whom you shall think Convenient to take depositions in relation to the bounds
and division of the above said Land and your shall as in duty bound for you ever pray

       The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the
aforesaid John Waters as by the petition afd is praid and that Thomas Williams David
Wilson, Samuel Wilson and Nicholas Fountain of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &a

     To the worshipfull Court now Sitting the Humble petition
of John Purnall Jun.r sheweth that whereas your petitioner having
in possession a Certain peice or parcell of Land Called ortney Lying and
being in the County afd in Synapuckson neck which Boundarys is at present uncertaine
Therefore it is praid that your worships would appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences
Relating thereunto as your most Humble petitioner as in duty bound shall ever
pray
                   The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and
