Ordered by the Court here that William Teague recover against John Cullinan
One hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance
five days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the said John
Cullinan he having made oath to the same &.a


Ordered by the Court here that Archibald White recover against John White One
hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance six days
as an Evidence on behalf of the said John White against John Britt he having
made oath to the same &.a


Ordered by the Court here that Francis Henderson recover against John White
point thirty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance one day as
an Evidence on behalf of the said John White point against John Lamberson
he having made oath to the same &.a

John Bozman
 Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he
should take John Bozman Sen.r late of Somerset County planter
otherwise called John Bozman Senr of Somerset County in the
province of Maryland if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November
then next to satisfie David Wilson of the same province and County as well a Certain
debt of Fifteen hundred pounds of good sound merchantable Tobacco which
the same David in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek
recovered against him as of One hundred and Ninty Nine pounds of tobacco
which to the same David in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which
he had by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof the same John
Bozman is Convict &.a                                       Att which said third Tuesday of
November to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month Ann: Dom: One
thousand seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the said
writt cometh the said David Wilson in his own proper person and the sheriff
of Somerset County to witt Joseph M.cClester Gent ^at the same day Came^ and makes return that he
had taken the said John Bozman and him detained in Custody to satisfie the
said David his debt and damages af.d as by the preceipt af.d he was Commanded
&.a               Whereupon the said Sheriff to witt Joseph M.cClester Gent at the
same day altho' Solemnly called brings not in the body of the said John Bozman
according to the return of his writt aforesaid but makes default &.a
