126 Seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the said writt cometh the said John Maglaughlin by William Beckingham his attorney and the sheriff of Somerset County to whome the foregoing writt was directed likewise cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words Following Viz.t Cepi Corpus P Jos: Macclester Sher And the aforesaid William Robinson by Francis Allen his attorney cometh and defendeth the force and Injury when &.a and prays leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the af.d John Maglaughlin herealso &.a Att which said next Court to witt the Nineteenth day of August Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five came againe as well the af.d John Maglaughlin as the af.d William Robinson by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same William Robinson prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the afores.d John Maglaughlin here also &.a Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of November Ann: Dom: One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five came againe as well the afores.d John Maglaughlin as the af.d William Robinson by their attorneys af.d and because the aforesaid John Maglaughlin did not declare against the aforesaid William Robinson in the plea aforesaid Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in mercy and that the plantife name pledges &.a and that the aforesaid William Robinson recover against the aforesaid John Maglaughlin his damages by Occasion of the premisses to One hundred and 172 Seventy two pounds of tobacco to the same William Robinson by discretion of the Justices here at his request for his Costs and Charges in that part Sustained according to the form of the statute in such Case lately made and provided by the Court here adjudged &.a
