    November Court            1735                125

by George Douglas his attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was
directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here endorsed in these words
Following viz.t Cepi Corpus p Joseph MaClester Sherr

    And the said John Odear by Francis Allen his attorney Cometh and defendeth the force &
Injury when &.a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath
it and the Same day is given to the John Follows here also &a

       Att which said next Court to witt the Seventeenth day of June ann Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty five came againe as well the af.d John Follows as the af.d
John Odear by their attorneys af.d and Whereupon the same John Odear prays further
leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same
day is given to the af.d John Follows herealso &.a

       Att which said next Court to witt the Nineteenth day of August Ann: Dom:
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five came againe as well the af.d John
Follows as the af.d John Odear by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same
John Odear prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court
and he hath it and the Same day is given to the aforesaid John Follows here also &a

       Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty five Came againe as well the aforesaid John Follows as the aforesaid John Odear
by their attorneys aforesaid and because the aforesaid John Follows did not declare against the
aforesaid John Odear in the plea aforesaid   Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in
mercy and that the plantife name pledges &.a  and that the aforesaid John Odear Recover against
the aforesaid John Follows his damages by Occasion of the premisses to One hundred & thirty two
132         pounds of tobacco to the Same John Odear by discretion of the Justices here at his request
for his Costs and Charges in that part Sustained according to the form of the Statute in Such Case Lately
made and provided by the Court here adjudged &a

    Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County
that he should take William Robinson late of ^stepney parish in^ Somerset County
Cordwainer if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of
his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek y.e third Tuesday of
June ^then^ next to answer unto John Maglaughlin of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a
And that thereof he should not fail &.a                           Att which said third Tuesday
of June to witt the Seventeenth day of the same month Ann: Dom: One thousand
