November Court                    1735             123

George Sharp being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according
to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and forasmuch as it doth
not appear to the Court here that the said George Sharp hath nothing to object
wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d  Therefore the said George Sharp
is fined three pounds Curr.t money by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain John Williams of manny hundred in Somerset County planter had not burnt
Tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided but was willing to pay his fine for the
Same &.a  Wherefore the said John Williams is fined twenty Shillings Curr.t mony for and by occasion of
the premisses afd &a


Forasmuch ^as^ a Certain Paul Whaples in Somerset County planter had
not burnt tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided
but was willing to pay his fine for the same &.a  Wherefore the said
Paul Whaples is fined Twenty Shillings Curr.t money for and by Occasion
of the premisses af.d &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain Avery Morgan in Somerset County Bricklayer had
not burnt tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided but
was willing to pay his fine for the same &.a wherefore the said Avery Morgan
is fined twenty Shillings Curr.t money for & by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain John Collins had not burnt tobacco according to act of assembly
in such Case made & provided but was willing to pay his fine for the same & wherefore
the said John Collins is fined three pounds Curr.t money for & by Occasion of
the premisses af.d &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain James Hickman had not burnt tobacco according to
act of assembly in such Case made and provided but ^was^ willing to pay his fine for
the same &.a  Wherefore the said James Hickman is fined twenty Shillings
Curr.t money for and by Occasion of the premisses ^af.d ^ &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain John Hopkins had not burnt tobacco according to
act of assembly in such Case made and provided but was willing to pay his fine for the
same &.a  wherefore the said John Hopkins is fined twenty shillings Curr.t money
for and by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain William Cottman had not burnt tobacco according to act of assembly in
such Case made and provided but was willing to pay his fine for the same &.a  wherefore the said
William Cottman is fined twenty shillings ^Currt money^ for and by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Forasmuch as a Certain Thomas Collier had not burnt tobacco according to act of assembly in
such Case made and provided but was willing to pay his fine for the same &.a  Wherefore the said
Thomas Collier is fined Twenty Shillings Curr.t money for and by Occasion of the
premisses aforesaid &.a
