    Moses Gordie being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning
of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a
and forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Moses
Gordie hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d

Therefore the said Moses Gordie is fined forty Shillings Curr.t money
by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


William Hearn being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a
and forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said William
Hearn hath nothing to object  wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d

Therefore the said William Hearn is fined three pounds Curr.t money
by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Thomas Howard being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
Tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a
and forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Thomas
Howard hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d

Therefore the said Thomas Howard is fined three pounds Currant money
by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Jacob Philips being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and
forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Jacob
Philips hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d

Therefore the said Jacob Philips is fined Twenty shillings Curr.t money by
Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


William Bartlett being Somoned to appear at this Court for not
burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a
and forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said William
Bartlett hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore
the said William Bartlett is fined Twenty shillings Curr.t money by Occasion of
the premises aforesaid &.a


Michael Linch being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according
to act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a and forasmuch as it doth not
appear to the Court here that the said Michael Linch hath nothing to object wherefore
he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore the said Michael Linch is fined Twenty
Shillings Curr.t money by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid &.a


Benjamin Mitchell being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco
according to act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a and forasmuch as it doth not
appear to the Court here that the said Benjamin Mitchell hath nothing to object wherefore
he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore the said Benjamin Mitchell is fined Twenty
Shillings Curt money by occasion of the premisses aforesaid &.a
