John Polke being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
Tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made made & provided
&.a and forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the
said John Polke hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt
the tob.o af.d  Therefore the said John Polke is fined twenty Shillings
Curr.t money by Occasion of the premisses af.d &a


John Carter being Sumoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and
forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said John
Carter hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d
Therefore the said John Carter is fined four pounds Curr.t money by occasion
of the premisses af.d  Thereupon the said John Carter present
herein Court is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset
County thereto remain untill he satisfies the fine af.d and all the
officers fees due by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


James Smith Sen.r being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and forasmuch
as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said James Smith Sen.r
hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore
the said James Smith Sen.r is fined two pounds Eight Shillings and
Six pence Curr.t money by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Jeremiah Right being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
Tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and
forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Jeremiah Right
hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore the said
Jeremiah Right is fined twenty Shillings Curr.t money by occasion of the premisses
af.d &.a


George Parsons being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
Tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and
forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said George Parsons
hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore the
said George Parsons is fined forty Shillings Curr.t money by Occasion of the
premisses af.d &.a


John Cadrew being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and forasmuch as
it doth not appear to the Court here that the said John Cadrew hath nothing to
object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d  Therefore the said John Cadrew
is fined forty shillings Curr.t money by occasion of the premisses af.d  Thereupon
the said John Cadrew present herein Court is Committed into the Custody of
the Sheriff of Somerset County thereto remain untill he satisfies the fine af.d
and all the officers Fees due by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a
