    Robert Dias being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco
according to act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a & forasmuch as it
doth not appear to the Court here that the said Robert Dias hath nothing
to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d  Therefore the said Robert
Dias is fined forty Shillings Curr.t money by Occasion of the premisses af.d

    Thereupon the said Robert Dias present herein Court is Committed into
the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County thereto remain untill he satisfies
the fine af.d and all the officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Alexander Munrow being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to
act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a & forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court
here that the said Alexander Munrow hath nothing to object wherefore he had not
burnt the tob.o af.d  Therefore the said Alexander ^Munrow^ is fined twenty shillings Curr.t money
by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Walter Morgan being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according
to act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a & forasmuch as it doth not appear
to the Court here that the said Walter Morgan hath nothing to object wherefore
he had not burnt the tob.o af.d  Therefore the said Walter Morgan is fined twenty
Shillings Curr.t money by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a


Benjamin Fasque being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made & provided &.a & forasmuch
as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Benjamin Fasque
hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d  Therefore
the said Benjamin Fasque is fined Twenty Shillings Curr.t money by
Occasion of the premisses af.d  Thereupon the said Benjamin Fasque
present here in Court is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of

William Langston being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of
tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a
and forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said William
Langston hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o
af.d    Therefore the said William Langston is fined twenty Shillings Curr.t
money by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a
