12 aforesaid whereupon the said John Lamberson is by the Court here discharged from the Committment afd as aforesaid is praid &a
not able to do little or nothing your petitioner prays your worships that he may be set tax free and your petitioner as in duty bou^n^d shall ever pray Ann Mitchell The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Ann Mitchell be discharged from paying of taxes for the aforesaid Negro man for the future as by the petition afd is praid &a Upon the petition of John Hill and Susannah his wife to this Court setting forth that they are very poor Lame and helpless and not Capable of Labouring for their Livings and near Seventy or Eighty Years ^of age^ &a whereupon it is ordered that a Certain James Dashiell of Somerset County Gent find and provide or agree with some person or persons to find and provide for the Said John Hill and Susannah his wife all such necessarys as may be sufficient to Support the Said John Hill and Susannah his wife in this their poor aged Infirm Condition and he to make his report to november Court Next &a
his said Master the full term afd during which term the said Moses MaColligan his said Master well and faithfully shall Serve his Secretts Keep his Commandments Lawfully and Honestly every where willingly he shall do and in all things as a good and faithfull apprentice shall demean himselfe towards his said Master and all his during the term afd In Consideration of which service |
