    June Court                   1735                    11

Thomas Lambden Sarah Lambden and John Britt and Presentment against John Cullinan    thereupon the
grand Jurors are discharged and ordered that they be allowed five hundred pounds of tobacco for their
publick service this Court and against the afd Stephen Landcake Mary Grindless William Mister and
Abigail Hughs so as afd Indicted it is ordered that Capias Issue returnable to August Court next &a

Isaac Moor
William Mister of Somerset County planter Came hereinto Court in his proper person

and made Oath in Common form that he went in danger of his Life &a of a Certain
                   Isaac Moor the Said Isaac Moor present herein Court in his proper person is ordered by
the Court here to give recognizance with One Security for his good behaviour & appearance at August Court
next &.c   Thereupon the Said Isaac Moor with Thomas Tyler of Somerset County planter his Security both
present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the
right honrble the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling
Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his
said Lordship ^his heirs & successors^ to be made and Levied   If it happen that the said Isaac Moor do not make his
personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third tuesday of August next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning
what shall be ^then & there^ Objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not stand & abide the Judgment
of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave thereof and in the Meane
time if he is not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people & more Especially
towards the afd William Misters &a


       Ordered that Capt Edward Rownd agree with some person or persons to keep, take Care, find for and provided
a Certain Frances Johnson a poor blind woman all such necessarys as may be Sufficient to Support her in
this her poor Condition and he she or they to be allowed for the Same at the next Levy Court and the
said Edward Rownd to make his report thereof to the Justices at next novem Court &a


Whereas a Certain John Lamberson of Somerset County planter being brought into this Court as a wittness
to be Sworn on behalfe of his Lordship against a Certain Thomas Lambden to the grand Jury and foras
much as the said John Lamberson did make Use of and was guilty of indeacent behaviour to
the Court then Sitting &a   The said John Lamberson is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of
Somerset County thereto remain &.a the said sheriff to witt Joseph MaClester by Littleton Townsend
his deputy present here in Court took Charge of the said John Lamberson accordingly afterward
in the same Court Came the Said Jno Lamberson and prays that he may be discharged from the Commitment
