Ann: Dom: One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five came
againe as well the af.d John Reddish as the af.d John Wilcox by their
attorneys af.d and whereupon the same John Wilcox prays further leave
thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the
same day is given to the af.d John Reddish herealso &.a

    Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of November
Ann: Dom: One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Five came againe
as well the af.d John Reddish as the af.d John Wilcox by their attorneys
aforesaid  And Whereupon the said John Reddish prays that the said
John Wilcox to his declaration af.d may answer upon which the ^af.d^ attorney
of the af.d John Wilcox saith that he is not Informed by the same John
Wilcox his Clyant of any answer for the same John Wilcox to the same John
Reddish in the plea af.d to be given and nothing els thereof says in barr
or preclution of the action af.d of him the same John Reddish by which
the same John Reddish remaineth against the af.d John Wilcox thereof
undefended &.a

    Wherefore the same John Reddish his damages by Occasion of the
Non performance of the promise and assumption af.d against the af.d
John Wilox ought to recover and have &.a

And upon this at the prayer of the aforesaid John Reddish and by
the assent of the same John Reddish the Justices here according to
act of assembly in such Case made and provided assessed the damage
of him the same John Reddish by Occasion of the Nonperformance
of the promise and assumption af.d beyond his Costs and
Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed to Fifty
Six Shillings and three pence Currant money of Maryland

    Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid John Reddish recover
against the af.d John Wilcox his damages af.d to the af.d Fifty
Six Shillings and three pence Currant money by the Justices
292   af.d in form af.d assessed as also Two hundred and Ninty two
pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges af.d to the same John
Reddish by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the af.d
John Wilcox in mercy &.a

attached to answer unto Robert Bolton of a plea of Trespass upon the Case &.a
                                                  And whereupon the said Robert by Francis Allen his attorney Complaines
    that whereas the said John the thirtieth day of Aprill Ann.o Dom Seventeen hundred &
    thirty Five at the County of Somerset afores.d within the Jur
    of this Court was indebted unto the s.d Robert in Four thousand
    & thirty two pounds of tobacco and tenn pounds four Shillings &
    tenn pence Curr.t money of Maryland for Sundrys properly chargeable
