pounds of tobacco and I further Certifie that before John Doe &
R.d Roe Good and lawfull men of my bailywick I have made known
to the within named Richard Hickman Francis Wharton Benjamin
Derrixon George Howard to be and appear @ y.e time and place soe

    Whereupon the aforesaid Richard Hickman, Francis Wharton, Benjamin Derickson and George
Howard Garnishees as aforesaid being Severally Called Comes not but makes default &a

          Thereupon the aforesaid John Lynch by his attorney aforesaid present herein Court prays
that upon giving Security according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided the aforesaid
sum of Nine hundred pounds of tobacco so as afd attached may be Condemned in the hands of the
said Richard Hickman Francis Wharton Benjamin Derickson and George Howard as of the Rights
& Creditts of the afd William Jennings towards Satisfying unto the Said John Lynch the afd five
hundred & four pounds of tobacco and all Costs and Charges Expended by occasion of the attachmt afd

    Whereupon Francis Allen of Somerset County Gentleman present herein
Court in his proper person undertook for the said John Lynch
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided that in
Case the said William Jennings do at any time within a year & a day
appear and make all or any part of the said Jn.o Lynch's Claim against
him appear to be satisfied or otherwise to be undue before the laying
of this attachment that then the said John Lynch shall make
restitution unto him the said William Jennings of all or such part
thereof as shall be made appear to be undue &a or that he the
said Francis Allen will dot he same for him &a

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Sum of Nine hundred
pounds of tobacco so as aforesaid attached be Condemned in the hands of the aforesaid
Richard Hickman Francis Wharton Benjamin Derickson and George Howard as of the
Rights and Credits of the said William Jennings towards satifsying unto the said John Lynch as
well the afd sum of five hundred and four pounds of tobacco as also all Costs and Charges
accrewing upon the attachment aforesaid and that the said John Lynch have thereof Execution
against the Said Richard Hickman, Francis Wharton, Benja Derickson and Geo Howard according
to act of assembly &a
