103 hundred thirty and three aforesaid untill the tenth day of October then next following and that the aforesd John Britt on the same tenth day of October should pay unto the aforesaid John White as well the aforesaid Six pounds and fourteen Shillings as also twelve Shillings like money as aforesaid for the Loan of and forbearance of the payment of the Said Six pounds and fourteen Shillings Curr.t money as aforesaid for the said four months whereas in truth the said Six pounds and fourteen Shillings for the Loan and forbearance of the payment thereof for the said four months was of the Value of Two Shillings and Eight pence Curr.t money of Maryland and now more and the said attorney of the said Lord Proprietary ^for the same Lord proprietary^ doth further give the Court here to understand and be informed that in pursuance and performance of the Corrupt Contract and agreement aforesaid the aforesaid John White afterward to witt the aforesaid tenth day of June anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three aforesaid at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid and within the Jurisdiction aforesaid did Lend and deliver unto the aforesaid John Britt the aforesaid Six pounds & fourteen Shillings Currant money as aforesaid in Money numbred and the Same John Britt then and there did take and receive the Same money and the said attorney of the said Lord proprietary for the same Lord proprietary doth further give the Same Justices here to understand and be informed that the aforesaid John Britt afterwards to witt the aforesaid tenth day of October anno Dom Seventeen hundred thirty and three aforesaid at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid and Jurisdiction aforesaid in further performance of the afd Corrupt Contract and agreement did pay unto the aforesaid John White as well the afd Six pounds and fourteen Shillings Currant money ^as^ aforesaid as also twelve shillings like money for the Loan ^of^ and forbearance of the payment of the said Six pounds and fourteen Shillings for the said four months to witt from the said tenth day of June anno Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty three afd untill the said Tenth day of October then next following which same Six pounds and fourteen Shillings and also the Same Twelve Shillings the aforesaid John White from the Same John Britt then and there did take Exact and receive and so the aforesaid attorney for the Same Lord proprietary saith that the afd John White by the way and means of the aforesaid Corrupt Contract & agreement for the forbearance and giving day of payment of the afd Six pounds and fourteen Shillings so by the aforesaid John White to the aforesaid John Britt in money numbred Lent for the said four months to witt from the afd tenth day of June anno Dom Seventeen hundred thirty and three aforesaid untill the said tenth day of October then next following Corruptly usuriously and against the form of the act of assembly in Such Case Lately made and provided &.a did take Exact and receive the Said Twelve Shillings which same Twelve Shillings for the Loan of and forbearance |
