Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper
person undertook for the said John Jenckins and Acknowledged
himself intebted to his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary
his heirs and Successors in the sum of twenty pounds sterling
of his goods and Chattells lands and tenements to be made and levied
to the use of his said Lordship ^the Lord prop.ry^ his heirs and Successors  If it happen
that the said John Jenckins do not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be
held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March next and then
and there do not give such Evidence as he knows on behalf of his
Lordship against the aforesaid John Deall and Thomas Blizard
of and Concerning a Certain trespass and assault by them Supposed
to be Committed and done and do depart the same Court without leave
