acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary
his heirs and Successors in thirty pounds Sterling each good &
lawfull money of England of their goods and Chattles Lands and
tenements seperately to be made and levied to the use of his said
Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Thomas
Blizard do not make his personall appearance before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek in and for the same County the third Tuesday of March
next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning such
things as shall be then and there objected against him on his
Lordships behalfe and do not stand abide the Judgment of the
Court thereon and do depart the same Court without leave and
in the mean time if he is not of the good behaviour towards his
said Lordship and all his good people &.a then &.a

Thomas Adams
Thomas Adams appears according to his recognizance to give Evidence on behalfe
of his Lordship against John Deal and Thomas Blizard and is discharged
therefrom  whereupon the said Thomas Adams is ordered to give new recognizance
                for his appearance at March Court next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship
against John Deal and Thomas Blizard &a

          Thereupon the said Thomas Adams with Joseph Gray of Somerset County planter his sery
both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of
Twenty pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands & tenements Seperately to be
made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors
If it happen that the said Thomas Adams do not make his personall appearance before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of
March next  And then and there do not give Such Evidence as he knows on behalfe of his Lordship
against the aforesaid John Deal and Thomas Blizard of and Concerning a Certain Trespass and
assault by them Supposed to be Committed and done and do depart the Same Court without
leave &a
