(101) Whereupon the said Jacob Crouch Jun.r is ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their Fees due by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid Thereupon a Certain John Reddish of Somerset County Gentleman present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said Jacob Crouch Jun.r and acknowledged himself indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of five pounds sterling good and lawfull money of England of his body goods or Chattell lands or tenements to be made and levied to the use of the Severall Officers that hath any right to any Fees upon the Indictment af.d If it happen that the said Jacob Crouch Jun.r do not pay unto the Severall Officers of Somerset County Court their Just and rightfull fees upon the Indictment aforesaid &a
before entered into thereupon the said John Deal and Thomas Blizards appearances are recorded and they and their Security accordingly discharged &a Whereupon the said John Deal and Thomas Blizard are ordered to give Security for their good behaviour and appearance at March Court Next &a Thereupon the said John Deal with Joseph Gray of Somerset County planter ^his security^ both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged theselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in thirty pounds Sterling good and lawfull money of England of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said John Deal do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in and for the Same County the third Tuesday of March next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning Such things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the Mean time if he is not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people then &a Likewise the Said Thomas Blizard with John Linch Jun.r of Somerset County planter his security both present herein Court in their proper persons (acknowledged |
