1735 (100) wound and evilly treat so that of his life it was greatly despaired and other harms to him then and there did to the Great damage of the same John and against the peace &.a Test John Hammond, Mitchell Dashiell On the backside of the foregoeing bill of Indictment it was Endorsed as Followeth Viz.t Billa Vera Sam.ll Willson foreman Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should take the said Noble Tull if &.a to answer &.a and afterwards to witt the Eighteenth day of November Ann: Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek in and for the same County came the aforesaid Noble Tull in his proper person according to a Certain recognizance by him and his Security before acknowledged and had a hearing of the Indictment af.d who thereupon says that of the trespass and assault af.d as by the Indictment af.d above upon him Imposed he is guilty thereof &a Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood It is Considered that the aforesaid Noble Tull pay unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord proprietary for his fine by the Court hereupon ^him^ Imposed for and by Occasion of the trespass and assault af.d whereof in form aforesaid he is Convict two Shillings and Six pence Current money of Maryland and that the said Noble Tull be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine af.d
