Command was given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take
William West late of Somerset County planter Otherwise Called William West of
                            Somerset County in the province of Maryland planter if he should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then Next to answer unto Randall
West of a plea that he render unto him One hundred pounds Currant money which to him he Oweth and
unjustly detaineth &a
                                                 Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the ninteenth day of the same
month ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the Return of the same writt Came
the said Anthony West by William Beckingham his attorney  And the sher of Somerset County to whom the
foregoing writt was directed Likewise Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these
words following Cepi Corpus p Joshua Caldwell sher

             And the afd William West by Francis Allen his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury
when &a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the Same
