The Road from Samuel Popes to Snow Hill by John Halls and Robert Scotts Ordered to be
cleared the Same way it formerly usd to goe to Patrick Guttery's and from thence between Hugh Nelsons
Plantation and the free School Land now in possession of John Murray of Snow Hill and that Mathew
Hopkins Overseer of the adjacent Roads with the hands belonging to him; Clear the said Road

Somerset County ss    You Samuel Baker and Samuel Turner William Beavins do

Confess Judgment to William Gray Jun.r of the said County for the Sum of Eleven shillings and
four pence and Seventy pounds of tobacco which sum was recovered by the said William Gray
                         against Samuel Baker on the 22d day of August Anno Dom 1733 before me One of the Justices
of the County Court of Somerset which Said Sum of Eleven shillings and four pence Currency and Seventy pds
of tobacco Charge to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said Will.m
Gray in Case the said Samuel Baker shall not pay and Satisfie to the Said William Gray the said Sum of
Eleven shillings and four pence Currency and Seventy pounds of tobacco Charges so as afd Recovered against
him with the additional Costs thereon on the 10.th day of february next taken before me this 29.th day of
October Anno Dom 1733                                                            John Scott

    You Edward Cluffe John Perkins and Bruffe Broughton do Confess
Judgment to Samuel Reah for the sum of seventy
pounds lawfull Money of maryland and four
hundred twenty one pounds of tobacco which
sum was recovered by the said Samuel Reah against Edward
Cluffe on the Ninteenth day of June one thousand seven hundred
and thirty three in the county court the said seventy pounds
Lawfull money of maryland and four hundred and Twenty
one pounds of tobacco to be levied of your bodies goods and Chattles
lands or tennements for the use of the said Samuel Reah
In case the said Edward Cluffe shall not pay and satisfie to the
said Samuel Reah the said seventy pounds lawfull money
of maryland and four hundred and twenty one pounds of
Tobacco so as aforesaid Recovered against him with the additional
costs thereon on the tenth day of Febry next Taken before
us this twenty ninth of november one thousand seven hundred

Petition of William Hopkins Humbly sheweth    that Whereas your petitioner is
now a prisoner at the Suit of Thomas Stayton and being willing to Surrender his Estate to his Creditors in order
to pay his debts as farr as he is Capable Humbly prays that your worships will please to give such order
as in your wisdom you shall think fitt that your petitioner may have the Benefitt of the act of assembly
