himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary in the
sum of forty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull mony of England of his goods and Chattells
Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made & levied
if it Happen that the said Isajah Bredall do not make his personally appearance before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of march next and do not than there answer un his said Lordship of and Concerning his Importation
of two Negro's into the County of Somerset in the province of Maryland and not Entering
and paying the duty of the same Negro's according to Law and do not Stand and abide the
Judgment of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Same Court without Leave thereof then &a

Whereas this Court being Informed that a Certain Robert Harris of Somerset
County planter had Imported three Negroes into this County and had not Entered
nor paid the duty of the same according to Law &a  whereupon it is Commanded the
sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said Robert Harris so that he might have him
Immediatly here in Court to answer the premisses afd &a       Afterwards in the Same Court Came
the Said Robert Harris in his proper person and thereupon the said Robert Harris is
ordered to give Recognizance ^in^ forty pounds Sterling for his appearance at march Court next for
to answer the premisses      Whereupon the said Robert Harris present as afd acknowledged
Himselfe Indebted unto his said Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs
