His Lordship

Nicholas Fountain
Nicholas Fountaine Jun.r appears according to his recognizance for the good
behaviour ^& appears^ at this Court and is discharged therefrom &a
    Whereupon the Said Nicholas Fountain is Ordered to give New Recognizance for his good
behaviour and appearance at Next March Court &a

             Thereupon the aforesaid Nicholas Fountain with William Collins and Robert Melvin his Securitys of
Somerset County planters all present here in Court acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the Right Honrble
the Lord proprietary that is to Say the Said Nicholas Fountain in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling and the said
William Collins and Robert Melvin in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands &
tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his Said Lordship His heirs and Successors to be made
and Levied    If it Happen that the said Nicholas Fountain do not make his personall appearance before
the Justices of His Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March
next and do not answer unto his said Lordship Concerning what should be objected against him on his said
Lordships behalfe and do not depart the same Court without Leave there and is not in the mean time of
the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people then &a

William Davis
William Davis appears according to his Recognizance for the good behaviour to this

Court and is discharged therefrom and is ordered to give security for the Severall Officers
                their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain George Trewitt Son of Philip
Trewitt present here in Court undertakes for the said William Davis for to pay the Severall Officers their Fees
due by Occasion of the premises afd &a

Nehemiah Holland &
Philip Taylor
Nehemiah Holland and Philip Taylor both of Somerset County planters appears

herein Court according to a Certain Recognizance Entered into for their good behaviour
and appearance at this Court and thereupon the said Nehemiah Holland and Philip
                   Taylor and their Securitys are accordingly discharged   and thereupon the said Philip
Taylor is ordered to Give Security for the Severall Officers their Fees due by Occasion of the premisses
thereupon the afd Nehemiah Holland present herein Court undertakes for the Said Philip Taylor
to pay the Severall Officers Fees due as afd &a

Isaiah Bredall
Whereas a Certain Isajah Bredall being Informed against to this Court that he had
Brought two Negro's unto this County Contrary to Law &a the said Isajah Bredall
present here in Court is ordered to give Recognizance for his appearance at march
Court Next to answer &a       Whereupon the said Isajah Bredall present here in Court as afd acknowledged
