Thereupon the aforesaid Nicholas Fountain with William Collins and Robert Melvin his Securitys of Somerset County planters all present here in Court acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary that is to Say the Said Nicholas Fountain in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling and the said William Collins and Robert Melvin in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands & tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his Said Lordship His heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it Happen that the said Nicholas Fountain do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of His Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next and do not answer unto his said Lordship Concerning what should be objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not depart the same Court without Leave there and is not in the mean time of the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people then &a
