1733 82 and do not answer unto his ^said^ Lordship of and Concerning her Committing fornication within the Jurisdiction of that Court and do not Stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Same Court without Leave thereof &a Likewise it is ordered that the Said Mary Glaster Give Security for the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd Thereupon the afd Samuel Melson present here in Court undertook for the same Mary Glaster for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &a Andrew Thompson appears according to his Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court and is discharged therefrom &a Elizabeth Game appears according to her Recognizance for her good behaviour and appearance at this Court and is discharged and Ordered to give Security for the Severall Officers their fees due by means of the premises Whereupon a Certain Robert Collier of Somerset County Gent present here in Court undertook to pay the Severall Officers due by means of the premisses afd &a Fortune Game appears according to her recognizance and is discharged therefrom and is ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due by means of the premisses afd Thereupon a Certain Cannon Winwright present here in Court undertook for the Said Fortune Game to pay the Severall Officers due as aforesaid &a Sarah White and Eliz.a Nicholson appears according to their Recognizance to give Evidence ag.t Eliza Game and are accordingly discharged &a Richard Swift appears according to his recognizance for his good behaviour and Suspicion of Felony and is discharged therefrom and is ordered to give Security for the Severall Officers their Fees due by Occasion of the premisses Whereupon a Certain David Willson of Somerset County Gent present here in Court undertakes for the Said Richard Swift to pay the Severall Officers their Fees due as afd &a John Carnes and William Dolkins appears according to their Recognizance for to give Evidence against Richard Swift and were accordingly discharged &a Thomas Collins appears according to his Recognizance for good behaviour and is discharged &a |
