    November Court            1733            81

Alexander Wordie in bonds for her administration upon the said Docters Estate we therefore
apprehending that we your petitioners are in very great danger of being damnified by the
said Susannas ill administration begg your worships will be pleased to grant us that remedy
that the act of Assembly prescribes and your petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray

    The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Susannah Wordie
give the said John Tunstall and James Martin Counter Security according to act of assembly
or deliver up unto them all the Estate that she hath in her hands and possession which of
right doth belong unto her son John Wordie and that John Scott and William Handy of Somerset
County Gent reappraise the said Estate to the Same John Tunstall and James Martin and
they to make their Report thereof to Somerset County Court with all Convenient Speed &a


Dinah a negro Girle of Teague Riggin is adjudged by the Court to Fourteen Years
of age this term &a


          Whereas the Justices of Somerset County Court had agreed with Coll Robert King
Mr William Stoughton and Mr Henry Ballard for the regulating of the County Standard
both of weights and measures and to make such Repaires as they Should think Necessary &a

          Now hereat this day to witt the twentieth day of November Anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came here into Court the afd Robert King and Henry Ballard
two of the Gent appointed for regulating of the Standard as aforesaid and make their report
as followeth that as to the weights of the Same Standard they had repaired them and made
them good as far as twelve hundred and fifty pounds weight and as for the dry measures
they had procured a bushell, halfe Bushell and Peck well Iron bound and
bonded and as for the wett Measures the find them good and want noe repaires &a


             Proclamation being made in Usuall form and the sher of Somerset County to witt
Joshua Caldwell Gent made return of the pannell of the Grand Jurors as Followeth vizt  John Purnall
William Simpson, John Trehearn, Solomon Right, George Benston, Abraham Outten, Robert Watson
Philip Quinton, George Lank, Thomas Gravenor, Robert Harris, John Lamberson, John Phipps
Samuel Melson, Lewis Disharoon, David Huttson James Nevine Benjamin Holland and John
Miller      Whereupon Proclamation being made again in Usuall form and the Jurors aforesaid
so as afd Impannelled being Severally Called over by their Names did appear as above and thereupon
