80 Assembly in such Case made ^and^ provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray The petition aforesaid being read and heard ^and^ fully understood Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid William Turpin Jun.r as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that William Jones Manocan, John Finch, James Strawbridge and Bartlett Fisher all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
Choice of the said George Dashiell as his Gardian accordingly &a Whereupon the said George Dashiell is Ordered by the Court to take into his Care and possession all the Estate of the said John North both Real and personall and Likewise that he Give recognizance in fifty pounds Sterling for to Comply with the Gardian ship afd &a Thereupon the said George Dashiell present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe to be Indebted unto the said John North in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of his bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the Use of the said John North ^his heirs or assignes^ to be made and Levied If it Happen that the said George Dashiell do not Comply with the Law in Relation to the Gardian ship afd and do not deliver up unto the afd John North all his Estate Real and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when Ever the Same shall be Legally required &a Joshua Caldwell of Somerset County Gent produced here in Court his Lordships Commission as high sher of the same County who is approved on and give bond with two Securitys to witt John Caldwell and John Dennis Jun.r of Somerset County Gent
