(7) aforesaid first Day of May in the Year aforesaid and often afterwards at Somerset County afsd within the Year aforesaid he was thereunto Requested hath not paid or Contented but the same to him hitherto to pay or Content hath refused and still doth Refuse and Deny to the Damage of the said William of fifteen pounds Two Shill.s and six pence Curr.t Mony of Maryland aforesaid And thereupon he brings suit &c.a Pledg Deprt Jn.o Doe Richd Roe
p Joshua Caldwell sher Whereupon the said William Cord by his attorney aforesaid prays that for as Much as he has Complyed with the Law in Order to an Attachment he may have Judgment against the said Rob.t Holland for his Damages aforesaid by way of attachment according to act of assembly &c.a Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here that the said William Cord has Complyed with the Law as alledged Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said William Cord Recover against the aforesaid Robt Holland the sum of seven pounds Eleven Shills and three pence Currt Mony of Maryland his Damages by occasion of the premises aforesaid as also all 224 Costs and Charges by the said Plf.t laid out and Expended about his suit by way of attachment against the Goods Chattles Rights or Credits of the said Rob.t Holland according to act of assembly in such Case Made and provided &c.a
March ye 21.st 1732 Somerset County ss It being Made appear to me John Scott one of his Lordships Justices of the County aforesaid (the peace to keep assigned) that Samuel Warterhouse late of Somerset County aforesaid Merch.t (Is) |
