74 Ordered by the Court here that Edmond Dickerson Senr pay unto John Bennitt thirty pounds of Tob.o being due unto him for his Attendance one day ^as an Evidence^ on behalf of his Lordship against the said Edmd Dickerson he having made oath to the same &a Ordered by the Court here that Mosses Chaile Jun.r pay unto Eliz.th Davis thirty pounds of Tobacco being due unto her for her Attendance one ^day^ as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the Said Mosses Chaille she having made Oath to the same &ca Ordered by the Court here that Mosses Chaile Junr pay unto Christopher Glass thirty pounds of Tob.o being due unto him for his wifes Attendance one day as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the said Mosses Chaile she having made Oath to the Same &ca Ordered by the Court here that Mosses Chaile Jun.r pay unto John Glass ^and Saml Atkinson^ thirty pounds of Tobacco ^Each^ being due unto them for their Attendance one day ^Each^ as an Evidence for him the said Mosses Chaile at Suit of his Lordship they having made oath to the same &ca Ordered by the Court here that Mosses Chaille Jun.r pay unto Isaac Atkinson Sixty pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance two days as an Evidence for him the said Mosses Chaille at Suit of his Lordship he having made Oath to the Same &ca Ordered by the Court here that Edmond Dickerson Sen.r pay unto John Sheldon Ninety pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordp against the said Edmond Dickerson he having made Oath to the Same &c.a Ordered by the Court here that Mosses Chaille Junr pay unto Ann Moor Ninety pounds of Tob.o being due unto her for her Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the said Mosses Chaille she having made oath to the same &ca Ordered that Mess.r James Martin and and David Wilson meet at Patrick Daleys at the head of Dividing Creek on the first munday in october next and order and divide amongst the four overseers (to witt) Southy Whittington, John Fleming, George Benston and Isaac Castors the Road from Naseongo bridge through the ferrist to manocan Bridge and Order what Each of the Overseers shall have and Clear on the said Road and that the Same be Cleared and altered according to the direction of the said Martin and Wilson and Likewise that they agree with some person or persons for the making of Such bridge and Causways over the beaver dams in the said Road as may be need full all to be done at the County Charge and further it is Ordered that the four overseers meet on the afd day at Patrick Daleys and attend upon the afd Martin and Wilson and take their direction about the road afd &a
