                            August ye 23.d 1733   Errors Excepted p   Thos Fletcher

                                                                Somerset County Court August 23.d 1733
    The above Thos Fletcher Proved the above Account in Open Court according
    to the form prescribed by the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided
                                                                            Test   Thomas Hayward Clk

       Att which said Third Tuesday of August to Witt the Twenty first day of the
    same month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came the
    said Thomas Fletcher by his Attorney afs.d and the Sher of Somerset County to
    whom the aforegoing Writt was directed  Likewise Cometh and maketh Return
    thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following viz.t  Non Est Inventus
    short note left p Joshua Caldwell Sher
                                                                            And Whereupon the said Tho.s
    prays that forasmuch as he has Complyed with the Law in order to an
    Attachment he may have Judgment against the said Nathl Foche James
    Peirce and John Wood Admrs as afs.d for his Damages afd by way of attachment
    According to Act of Assembly &c.a  Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here
    that the afs.d Thomas Fletcher hath Complyed with the Law as alledged &c.a
    Therefore it is Considered by the court here that the afs.d Thos Fletcher
    Recover against the afs.d Nathl Foche James Peirce and John Wood Admrs of the
    afs.d Hugh Arbuthnot dec.d his Damages afs.d to the afs.d fifty Eight pounds four
    Shill.s and three pence sterl mony of Great Brittain as also all Costs and Charges by
    the said Plf.t laid out and Expended by Way of Attachment against the Goods Chattles
313   Rights or Credits of the afs.d Hugh Arbuthnott dec.d (at the time of his Death Remaining
    to be administred)  According to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &ca


    Ordered by the Court here that Edmond Dickerson Sen.r pay unto Daniel Townsend One hundred
    and Twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf
    of his Lordship against ^the said^ Edmond Dickenson he having made Oath to the Same &a


    Ordered by the Court here that Edmd Dickerson Senr pay unto Charles Dickerson one hundred
    and Twenty pounds of Tob.o being due unto him for his wifes Attendance four days as an Evidence
    on behalf of his Lordship against the said Edmd Dickerson she having made Oath to the
    Same &c.a
