    These are to Certifye whom it may Concern that on this day (viz.t) the 22d of August
Anno Dom 1733 personally appeared before me ye Subscriber one of the Lord
    Proprietarys Justices of ye peace for the County abovesaid Leiu.t Coll Rob.t King, Capt John Handy
    and did take the Severall Oaths Appointed by the Act of Assembly to be taken to the Government
    and did at the same time Subscribe the Oath of Abjuration and the The Test According to the
    directions of the said act as Leiu.t Coll.o & Captain in the County afs.d Certified ye day & year

Maryland ss   I Doe hereby Certifye whom it may Concern that this Day to Witt the 22d of
August 1733 Came Maj.r George Dashiell and took the several oaths to the Government
Required by Act of Assembly to be taken and signed the Oaths of Abjuration & Test as the
said Law Requires before me                                                                     Levin Gale


Maryland ss   I Do hereby Certifye all whom it may Concern that on this Day to Witt
the 22.d day of August 1733 prsonally appeared before me Capt George Gale and did Take
the several oaths appointed by the Act of Assembly to be taken to the Government and did at
the same time Subscribe the Test and the Oath of Abjuration According to the Directions of
the said Act                                                               so Certifies

                      I Do hereby Certifye all Whom it may Concern that on this Day to

Ballard and Capt Robt Jenkins Henry and did take the several oaths appointed
by the Act of Assembly to be taken to the Government and did at the same Time
Subscribe the Test and the Oath of Abjuration According to the Directions of
the said Act so Certifies

You abraham Jones and Solomon Webb do Confess Judgment to William Benstone
for the Sum of five shillings in Cash which sum was Recovered by the
Said William Benstone against Abraham Jones on the 1st Day of Septemb.r
in the Year 1733 before Mr William Lane the said sum to be Levied of your
Bodies goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements for the use of the said William Benstone
in Case the said Abraham Jones shall not pay and satisfye to the said William Benstone the
said sum of five Shill.s so as afs.d Recovered against him with the Additional Costs thereon
on the Tenth day of Febry next   Taken before me this 22 day of Septembr 1733
