       of Will.m Shipham

   Command was given to the Sherriff of Somerset County that he
Should Take James Timmons late of Somerset County planter
(manucaptor of Wm Shipham late of Somerset County planter als dictus
    William Shipham of Ackomack County in the Colony of Vergenia) if the should be found in his
    Baliwick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of
his Lordp.s County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then
    next to satisfie Joseph Jones as well of a Certain debt of One hundred pounds Currant money of this
    province which the same Joseph in the Same Court Recovered against the same James as five
    hundred and Seventy nine pounds of tobacco which to the Same Joseph in the Same Court were
    adjudged for his damages which he Sustained by Occasion of the detaining of that same debt
    whereof he was Convict and it was Considered by the Same Court that the afd Joseph have Execution
    against the afd James by his default for the debt and damages afd &a

    Att which said Third tuesday of August to witt the twenty first day of the Same month Anno Dom
    One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the Return of the Same writt Came
    the afd Joseph Jones by Francis Allen his attorney afd and the Sher of Somerset County then being
    to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent at the Same day Returned ^upon^ the writt afd that he by vertue of the
    same writt to him directed took the body of the afd James Timmons whose body before his Lordships
    Justices at the day and place afd in the writt afd mentioned he had there Ready &a

          Thereupon the said James Timmons present herein Court at the prayer of the afd
    Joseph Jones by his attorney afd is Committed into the Custody of the Sher of Somerset County
    there to remain untill the said Joseph of the debt and damages afd Should be fully Satisfied &a
   
       the said Sher to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent present herein Court took Charge of the said
    James Timmons accordingly &a

Stewart Admrx of all and singular the goods and Chattles Rights & Creditts which were
of John Stewart late of Som.rst County dec.d as well of a Certain Debt of forty pounds Curr
Mony of this province which the same Sarah In the same Court Recovered against the
same James as three hundred and fifty two pounds of Tobo which to the same Sarah
