Confess Judgment to James Breeman for the Sum of Two pounds Curr mony
which sum was Recovered by the said James Breeman against Edw.d Hull on the Ninteenth day
of June one thousand seven hundred and thirty three before Capt John Scott one of his Lordships
Justices of the County Court of Somerset the said Two pounds mony afs.d to be Levied of your Bodies
Goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements for the use of the said James Breeman In Case the
said Edw.d Hull shall not pay and Satisfye to the said James Breeman the said two pounds
mony afs.d so as aforesaid Recovered against him with the Additional Cost thereon on the
Tenth day of Feb.ry next   Taken before me this 5th Day of Septemb.r

hundred and seventy four pounds of Tob.o which sum was Recovered by the said John Caldwell
against Susannah Wordie on the Ninteenth day of June one thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three in the County Court the said four thousand one hundred and Seventy four pounds of
Tobo or Ninteen pounds Curr mony of Maryland with three hundred and seventy four pounds of
Tob.o To be Levied of your Bodies goods or Chattles Lands or Tennements for the use of the said John
Caldwell in Case the said Susannah Wordie shall not pay and satisfye to the said John Caldwell
the said four thousand one hundred and seventy four pounds of Tob.o or Ninteen pounds
Curr mony with three hundred and seventy four pounds of Tob.o so as afs.d Recovered ag.st
