John Roach's
Orphans Bond
        from
W.m Roach
 Somerset County    Know all men by these presents that We William Roach
in Maryland ss        Charles Roach and John Parkins all of Somerset County in
the province aforesaid are holden and firmly bound unto Stephen Roach Orphan
of John Roach dec.d in the full and Just Sum of Ninety Seven pounds Nineteen
Shillings and two pence Curr mony to be paid unto the said Stephen Roach his heirs Ex.rs
Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and Done we bind our
selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and
Severally firmly by these presents sealed with my our Seal and Dated this 22d day of
August Anno Dom 1733
                                           The Condition of the above obligation is Such that Whereas
the Comissary General hath Transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of John
Roach Decd wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid Orphan
the sum of forty eight pounds Nine Shillings and seven pence Curr mony if therefore the
above said William Roach his Exrs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid
unto the above Named Stephen Roach the aforesaid sum of forty eight pounds Nine
Shillings and seven pence to be paid him According to the Dec.d will and the Act of Assembly
in Such Case provided when he shall arrive at full age to Receive the same then
the above obligation to be Void and of none Effect Otherwise to stand and Remain
full force and Virtue in Law &c.a                                             W.m Roach   (seal)

Smith do Confess Judgment to Sarah Stewart Admrx of John
Stewart late of the County of Som Deceased for the sum of seven
    pounds Eighteen shillings and Nine pence three farthings Curr mony of Mary.ld
    and one thousand two hundred and thirty Eight pounds of Tob.o which sum was
    Recovered by the said Sarah Adm.rx as afs.d ag.st the said James Lindow on the
    Ninteenth day of June last in the County Court the said Sum of seven pounds
    Eighteen shillings and Nine pence three farthings and one thousand two hundred
    and thirty Eight pounds of Tobacco to be Levied of Your Bodys goods and Chattles
    lands or Tennements for the use of the said Sarah Stewart Admrx as aforesaid
    in Case the said James Lindow shall not pay and satisfye to the said Sarah Stewart
    Adm.rx as aforesaid the said Sum of seven pounds Eighteen Shillings and three
    farthings and one thousand two hundred and thirty Eight pounds of Tob.o so as
    aforesaid Recovered ag.st him with the Additional Costs thereon on the
    Tenth day of Febry next  Acknowledged before us two of his Lordships Justices
