69 To be paid unto the said William Bashaw Ann Bashaw and Elinor Bashaw their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and Truly to be Done we bind our Selves our and Either of our heirs Exrs and Adm.rs for the whole Joyntly and Severaly firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seal and Dated this Twenty Second day of August Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commiss.ry General hath Transmitted unto this Court The Accompt of the Estate of Thomas Bashaw Decd wherein it is found that there is Ball due to the said Orphans the Sum of Ninety two pounds two shillings and Seven pence Curr mony if therefore the aboves.d Jacob Cordery his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs Shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named William Bashaw Ann Bashaw and Elinor Bashaw the aforesd Sum of Ninety two pounds two shillings and Seven pence to be paid them According to the Decd will and the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided when they shall arrive at the full age to Receive the same then the above obligation to be void and of none Effect Otherwise to stand and Remain in full force Power and Virtue Law &c.a his Signed Sealed and Delivered Wm Stoughton Jacob I Cordery (seal) In the presents of Henry Ballard mark Daniel Cordery (seal) his Moses M Alexander (Seal) mark
and Just Sum of one hundred thirty two pounds three shillings and six pence Curr mony to the paid unto the said Isaac Piper Banes William Banes Mary Banes and John Colston Banes their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and Done we Bind our Selves our and Either of Our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs of the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seal and Dated this 22d Day of August Anno Dom 1733 The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Comissary General hath Transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of George Banes Decd wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the above Orphans the sum of sixty six pounds one shill and Nine pence Curr mony if therefore the abovesaid Archibald Greer his heirs Ex.rs of Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named Isaac Piper Banes W.m Banes Mary Banes and John Colston Banes the afs.d Sum of Sixty six pounds one shilling and Nine pence Curr mony to be paid them in Equall parts or portions According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above Obligation to be Void and of None Effect otherwise to stand and Remain in full force and Virtue in Law &c.a his Sealed and Delivered in the presents of Archd A Greer (seale) Wm Stoughton Mark Henry Ballard Thos Lambden (seal) John Pitts (seal) |
