August Court 1733 (68) Words following viz.t Cepi Corpus p Joshua Caldwell sher And the said Walter Taylor by James Shirley his Attorney Comes and Defends the force and Injury when &c and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the afores.d Dunkin Murray here also &c Att which said next Court to witt the Nineteenth day of June Anno Dommini One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came again as well the afs.d Dunkin Murray in his proper person as the afs.d Walter Taylor by his Attorney afs.d and thereupon the said Walter prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the afs.d Dunkin Murray here also &c Att which said next Court to witt the Twenty first day of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came again as well the afs.d Dunkin Murray in his proper person as the afs.d Walter Taylor by his attorney aforesaid And thereupon the said Walter Taylor offers himself against the said Dunkin Murray in the plea afores.d but the said Dunkin Murray altho Solemnly Called Comes not nor is his writt afores.d but the said prosecuted against the said Walter Taylor &c.a Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in Mercy the plf.t name pledger &c.a and that the afs.d Walter Taylor go thereof without day also it is Considered that the aforesaid Walter Taylor Recover against the afs.d Dunkin Murray his Damages by 169 Occasion of the premises to One hundred & Ninty Sixty Nine pounds of Tobacco to the same Walter by Discretion of the Justices here at his request for his Cost and Charges in that part sustained according to the form of the Statute &ca By the Court here adjudged &c
