    Is Given to the aforesaid John Caldwell here also &ca
                                                                                        Att which said next Court to
    witt the Twenty first day of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
    and thirty three Came again as well the afs.d John Caldwell by his Attorney
    aforesaid as the said Susannah Wordie by her Attorney afs.d and thereupon the afs.d
    Susannah says that she Cannot Gainsay the Action afs.d of the afs.d John Caldwell
    nor Can she say but that she did assume upon herself in manner and form
    as the afs.d John above against her hath Complained and as to the damages of
    the same John by him by Occasion of the premises in that part sustained the
    said Susannah says and Confeseth that the afs.d John has sustained Damages
    by Occasion of the premisses further then his Costs and Charges by him about his
    suit in that part apposed to Nineteen pounds Curr mony of Maryland or three
    thousand Eight hundred pounds of Tob.o and not more and because the afs.d
    John Denys not this but the same allegation Confeseth to be true prays Judgm.t
    for those Damages above Confesst and his Cost and Charges afs.d To him adjudged &c
    Therefore by Consent of the parties afs.d it is Considered that the afs.d John Caldwell
    Recover against the aforesaid Susannah Wordie his Damages afs.d to the afs.d
    Ninteen pounds Curr mony of Maryland or three thousand Eight hundred
    pounds of tob.o by the same Susannah in form afs.d Confessed as also three hundred
352   fifty Two                                                 pounds of Tob.o for his Costs and Charges
    afs.d to the same John at his request by the Court here and Consent of the parties
    afs.d Adjudged and the afs.d Susannah in Mercy &ca

    Command was Given to the Sherr of Somerset County that he Should
take Walter Taylor late of Somerset County planter if he Shall be found in part ^his^
       Bailywick and his should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of
       his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of march
       next to answer unto Duncan Murray of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a  And that thereof
       he Should not fail &a      Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the twentieth day
       of Same month ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the
       Return of the Same writt Came the said Dunkin Murray in his own proper Person
       and the sher of Som.rst County to whom the aforegoing writt was Directed
       Likewise Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these
