And Lawfull men of Your Balywick you make known unto the aforesaid James
Timmons and Aaron Timmons that they be and appear before our Justices of our
County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Next to shew Cause
if any thing for themselves they have or to say Knoweth wherefore the afs.d Joseph
his Execution of the Judgment aforesaid against them according to the form of the
Recovery aforesaid ought not to have if to them ti shall seem Expedient &c.a at which
said third Tuesday of June to witt the Twentieth day of the same Month Anno Dom
one thousand seven hundred and thirty three before our Justices of our County Court
of Somerset held at Dividing Creek in the County afores.d Came the aforesaid Joseph
Jones by Francis Allen his Attorney and the Sher of Somerset County (to witt)
Joshua Caldwell Gent at the same day returned that by Virtue of the writt afs.d
he had made known unto the afores.d James Timmons one of the Def.ts by Joshua
Merrill and John Doe Honest and Lawfull men of his Baliwick that he be and
and Appear before our Justices of our County Court afs.d at the Day and place afs.d to
shew &c.a as to him it was Commanded   And further the same sher
Returned at the same Day that the afs.d Aaron Timmons the other of the def.ts had
nothing In his Balywick whereby to him he Could make known unto him nor
is found in the same and the afs.d Aaron Timmons Cometh not therefore Command
is again Given to the Sher of Somerset County that by Honest and Lawfull men
of his Balywick he should make known unto the said Aaron Timmons that
he should be and appear before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to
be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August next to shew Cause if
anything for himself he hath or to say knoweth wherfore the aforesaid Joseph
his Execution of the Judgment aforesaid against him according to the form of the
Recovery afs.d he ought not to have if unto him it should seem Expedient and
that he should have then and there the Names of them before whom to him he
should make known and this writt Wittness Robt King Gent Chief Justice of
our Said Court the twenty fifth day of June in the Ninteenth Year of our Dom.n
&ca Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three

Att which said third Tuesday of August to witt the Twenty first Day of the same
Month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset held at Dividing Creek in the County afs.d
Came the afores.d Joseph Jones by Francis Allen his Attorney the sher of
Somerset County to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent at the same day Returned that he by
Virtue of the writt afs.d to him Directed had made known unto the afs.d
Aaron Timmons by John Doe and Richd Roe honest and Lawfull men
