       and Aaron Timmons late of Somerset County Planters lately in our
       County Court of Somerset here (to witt) the seventeenth day of August Anno Dom
       one thousand seven hundred and thirty one before Sam.l Hopkins Gent
       and his Associates then our Justices of Our Same Court at Dividing Creek
       in the County aforesaid Assumed upon themselves and Undertook and Each
       of them Undertook for a Certain William Shipham late of Somerset County
       Planter als Dict William Shipham of Accomack County in the Colony
       of Virginia that in Case a Certain Joseph Jones should Recover Judgment
       against the said W.m Shipham in a plea of Debt for one hundred pounds Curr
       mony of this Province by the same Joseph against the same William
       in the same Court prosecuted or that the same William should be therein
       Convict that then the said William to the said Joseph the Debt afores.d as
       also all the Damages which to him the said Joseph by Occation of
       the Detaining of that same Debt in any manner to him to be adjudged
       he should pay and satisfye or that the same William his Body in Execution
       of such Judgment to the sher of Som.rst County afs.d should Render or that
       they the same James Timmons and Aaron Timmons would do the same
       for him as by the Record and proceeding thereupon in our Same Court before
       our Justices Remaining manifestly appeareth and altho the aforesaid
       Joseph afterwards to witt the fifteenth day of August one thousand seven
       hundred and thirty two before Rob.t King Gent and his Associates then
       our Justices of the same Court at Dividing Creek afs.d by Consideration
       of our same Court Recovered against the afs.d William the afores.d one
       hundred pounds Currt mony his Debt aforesaid as also five hundred
       and fifty ^seven^ pounds of Tob.o for his Damages sustained by occation of the
       Detaining of the same Debt whereof he is Convict as by the Records and
       process thereof in our same Court before our Justices at Dividing Creek afs.d
       Likewise Remaining manifestly appeareth  Nevertheless the afs.d William
       his Body in Execution of the Judgment afs.d to the sher of Som.rst County
       afs.d hath not Rendred nor the same William the afs.d Joseph of the Debt
       and damages afs.d hath not satisfyed as by the Insinuation of the same
       Joseph we have recd and because we are Willing that those things
       which in our same Court before our Justices are Rightfully Acted and
       Acknowledged ought to be duly Execution  We Command you that by honest
