    The Subscribers Sworn to Appraise the Same before Joshua Caldwell

   Whereupon the said George Howard Garnishe of the afd Robert Holland altho' Solemnly Called Cometh
not but makes default &a
                                           Thereupon the said Robert Bolton by his attorney afd prays that ^upon giving Security according to act of assembly^ the afd
One thousand pounds of tobacco and the Severall peices of Coopers ware of the Value of Twelve
pounds Ninteen Shillings and three pence Currant money so as aforesaid attached may be Condemned as of
the Rights and Creditts of the afd Robert Holland towards satisfying unto the said Robt Bolton his damag.s
and al Costs and Charges accrewed by means of the attachment aforesaid

       Whereupon a Certain Hutton Hill of Somerset County planter present herein Court undertakes for the
said Robert Bolton according to act of assembly that if in Case the said Robert Bolton Claim against him
to be Satisfied or Otherwise to be undue before the Laying of the attachment afd that then he the Said Robert
Bolten shall make Restitution unto him the said Robert Holland of all or Such part thereof as shall
be made appear to be undue as fd or that he the said Hutton Hill will do it for him &a

          Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd one thousand pounds of tobacco so as
afd attached in the hands of the afd George Howard be Condemned as of the Rights and Creditts of
the afd Robert Holland towards satisfying unto the sid Robert Bolton his damages afd
and al Costs accrewing upon the attachment afd and that the said Robert Bolton have thereof Exn &a

                      Therefore it is Considered that the afd Severall peices of Coopers ware of the value of
Twelve pounds Ninteen Shillings and three pence Currant money so as aforesaid attached be
Condemned as the goods and Chattells of the afd Robert Holland towards Satisfying unto the
afd Robert Bolton his damages and all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd and
